Alex Beletsky is co-founder of Sentri and manages the strategic consulting and
implementation practice for Sentri and its clients. The strategic consulting
group is involved in many aspects of business process analysis and
re-engineering, strategic planning, and new technology evaluation and
implementation. Mr. Beletsky specializes in process and technology areas applied
toward service operations management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM),
and call center environments. He manages all aspects of the initiatives from
strategic planning to process definition, needs analysis, system selection,
infrastructure planning and build-out project management and implementation
services.
Relevant Experience:
Mr. Beletsky has a wide range of experience in the areas of applied technology
and strategy and prior to starting Sentri, was a CIO for a major Commercial
Real-Estate outsourcing and consulting firm and a member of the Deloitte &
Touche Consulting group focusing in the areas of Customer Interaction
Management, Service Automation, Strategic Systems Planning and Decision Support
and Executive Information Systems. Mr. Beletsky has provided service for many
High Tech and Fortune 1000 clients.

Peter Ferlazzo
Principal
Company Role:
Peter Ferlazzo is a co-founder of Sentri and manages the infrastructure
technology consulting and implementation practice for Sentri and its clients.
The infrastructure technology consulting group provides services to businesses
with varying IT needs, from complete infrastructure and technology outsourcing
to specialized high-level technical expertise and assistance in numerous topics.
Peter specializes in merging the various aspects of advanced network assessment
and analysis, infrastructure management, technical process design and control,
and system monitoring with higher level strategic needs and company directives,
often out of sync in today’s businesses.
Relevant Experience:
Mr. Ferlazzo has a wide range of experience in the areas of applied technology
and infrastructure analysis, design, and implementation. Prior to starting
Sentri he has had experience in various technical and process management arenas,
including biomedical and manufacturing engineering, ISO 9000 coordination,
network management, and IT direction in various industries.

Philip Green
President
Company Role:
Philip is the President at Sentri. In his role as President, he provides
leadership in process and strategy, finance, and operations management. Relevant
Experience: Mr. Green joined Sentri after six years with Gentle Giant Moving
Company where he contributed leadership to successful process and strategy
development, the acquisition of two businesses and opening of seven offices in
five states. During the last few years at Gentle Giant Philip provided
operational management of a new business line that grew from inception to over
$5.0 million in revenue.
Prior to Gentle Giant Philip spend five years at Phoenix Corporate Services, a
real estate outsourcing subsidiary of Phoenix Home Life, where he was Vice
President - CFO in a division that provided call center services for retail
clients. This organization grew from a small group to several hundred employees
managing client real estate expenditures in excess of $100 million annually.
Philip managed a team of 40 accountants, IT and HR professionals.
• Lengthy hands on project management experience for two large real estate
outsourcing contracts covering 4,000 CVS locations and 6,000 Bank of America
locations.
• During 2004-2007 participated in monthly executive coaching program from
Breakthrough Creative of Boston. The program focused on team building,
leadership development and various elements of interpersonal communications.
Philip worked with Lynne Levesque - executive coach, author and PhD.

Mr. Green has extensive business and finance experience and focuses on ensuring
successful communications between Client Management and Sentri implementation
teams.
